Somebody Bring This to the East Coast. Now.

Apparently this sh*t is blowing up out west and in the midwest.  For obvious reasons.  You walk in, order any two combination of cereals, then two choices of toppings, then milk, then spoon over the cash.

Sign. Me. Up.

This place serves cereal all day every day and their servers wear pajamas. With a slogan like “make every day a Saturday morning”, this just became my new favorite fast food joint and I haven’t even eaten there yet (sorry Burger King/Taco Bell/Qdoba/Chick-Fil-A).

And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, they even offer customer punch cards for those who frequent the joint regularly.

They’ve already got these bad boys in Arizona, Texas, Florida, Minnesota, Ohio, and West Virginia.  Yes, you read that correctly – West Virginia before North Carolina.  Christ.  So someone make some phone calls or send some emails or tweet at someone or something….and get Cereality to the East Coast. Now.

This post is obviously making me hungry and begs the question:  What’s your favorite cereal?  My answer is the same all day every day, hands down, no questions asked:  Cinnamon Toast Crunch.  Runners up include Crispix, Frosted Flakes, Golden Grahams, Honey Bunches of Oats, Rice Krispies, and Trix.

So what is YOUR favorite cereal? (If your favorite cereal isn’t included in the list below, it means you need to find a new favorite cereal.  I included everything I consider to be “good” and/or “great” cereals. If your favorite isn’t there it means it’s not a real cereal.  You can add your own if it’s not on there, but I’m still not considering it a real cereal.)

It sounds like you need to buy into this franchise – and maybe add Skee-Ball machines to your Cereality stores! That does sound delicious and amazing – who knew?!

There was one on Hillsborough Street (“Bowls”, maybe?) and it closed 😦

Shut your mouth! When did it close down? Major bummer. Right up there with Hard Times closing its doors.
